Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a business doing $1M or more a year in revenue, run through an LLC, S-corp, partnership or C-corp.
  • Your CPA files a correct return every spring but only shows up after the year is over.
  • The salary you pay yourself was set once and nobody has checked it against what the company earns since.
  • Your books run a few months behind, or nobody has reconciled them in a while.
  • You own property, and nobody has looked at what it could do for your taxes.
  • You want one team running the books, the quarterly estimates and the returns, so the plan actually gets carried out.
  • You want this year's bill worked on before December 31st, not explained in April.

This Is Not For:

  • Businesses doing under $1M a year in revenue.
  • Employees who only need a personal return filed.
  • Anyone shopping for the cheapest CPA on the internet.
  • Owners who want filing and nothing else.
  • Owners chasing viral write-off tricks instead of moves that hold up.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Tony's team runs the tax side of your company all year, then files the returns that lock the savings in.

A 3-Year Lookback First

We start with your 3 most recent years of returns and the way your company is set up, hunting for missed deductions and entity mistakes. Within 14 days we walk you through the documented savings.

Books Fixed, Then Kept Clean

We fix your books first, then categorize every transaction and reconcile your bank and credit card accounts every month, so every deduction in the plan sits on real numbers.

Entity And Owner Salary Set

We set up or adjust your LLC or S-corp when it makes sense, line up payroll and bank accounts with the new setup, and check the salary you pay yourself against what the company earns.

Estimates And Deadlines Handled

We calculate your quarterly safe-harbor estimated payments, keep your tax calendar and send you the deadline reminders. Twice a year you also get a private 60-minute Tax Intensive with us.

Returns Filed By The Same Team

The team that builds your plan files your business and personal returns with a triple layer of review, so every election the plan depends on actually gets made.

We Handle The IRS Letters

We keep Power of Attorney on file, so if the IRS or your state sends a letter, our team answers it. Questions in between go through a priority portal with a 3-business-day response.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to fire my current CPA?+
No. If you like your preparer and your books are in decent shape, keep them: we handle the strategy and tell you and your CPA exactly what to do and in what order. If you'd rather hand it all off, we take over the books, the estimates and the returns.
My books are a mess. Can you still help?+
Yes. Books that run behind are common, and they're one of the biggest reasons owners overpay. We fix the books first, clean up prior-year problems where they exist, and keep everything reconciled every month. Don't spend a weekend tidying up before the call: show up with them as they are.
Is the write-off stuff I see online real?+
The idea behind a viral tip isn't always fake, but the version that reaches you is missing the rules that decide whether it holds up. Tony makes videos correcting a few of them, like "The 6,000-LB Vehicle Write-Off Is Mostly Wrong." For a company doing $1M+ a year, the big savings come from decisions made on time: the right entity, an owner salary that fits what the business earns, a retirement setup sized to your profit, and clean books.
Do I have to buy something to save on taxes?+
No. A deduction isn't free money: spend $80,000 on a truck you didn't need, get back a fraction of it in tax savings, and you're down money, not up. The bigger savings come from your entity, the salary you pay yourself and the timing of income and purchases.
Is it too late to do anything for this year?+
No, but December 31st is the real deadline for a lot of it. Your 2026 salary only runs through payroll until then, 401(k) money from your own pay has to come out of a 2026 paycheck, and new equipment only counts for 2026 if it's running in the business by New Year's Eve. The savings land when your return is filed.
What if you don't save me at least $100K?+
Then you don't pay the planning fee. On the call Tony looks at your latest return and this year's numbers and tells you whether $100K is realistic for your company. If the numbers don't support it, he'll say so plainly.
Who will I actually work with?+
Your own advisor plus an associate, so you're not starting from zero every time you reach out. Behind them is a team of more than 40 people across tax advisory, tax compliance, bookkeeping and client support. The firm has Bay Area roots and serves clients in all 50 states.
What does it cost?+
It depends on how many entities and returns you have and the shape your books are in. Your exact fee is set once the team has reviewed your returns and books, and it's in writing in your engagement letter before you commit. We're not incentivized to upsell you to a $15K package you don't need.
One Last Step

Is $100K In Tax Savings Realistic For Your Business This Year?

On the strategy call, Tony goes over your entity, how money gets from the company to you, and your numbers for this year. Then he shows you where the biggest savings likely sit and tells you plainly whether $100K is within reach.
